The site is first-class, thanks to the excellent access to routes out of the city, means of public transport (including the Metro), schools, banks, hotels, public and private health institutions, etc. It stands right next to one of the city’s main arteries, the Avenida da Boavista, a well-known place of tradition, with its famous garden at one end and the lung of the city (the Parque da Cidade or City Park) at the other, a place for communing with nature and the natural habitat of birds and plants, a place for walking and health.
